Request to renew the industrial plot lease agreement

A service provided to tenants of the Industrial Areas managed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to renew their lease agreements.

Service Conditions

  • Valid lease agreement in effect for the industrial plot.

Required Attachments

  • A brief business plan describing the proposed activity, if the company intends to change it.
  • A statement indicating whether the company will continue the activity agreed in the previous lease agreement or will change the activity.

Legal Regulations

  • Decree-Law No. (28) of 1999 regarding the establishment and organization of industrial zones, as amended by Decree-Law No. (26) of 2015

  • Select Apply to Renew the Lease Agreement
  • Fill out the application in the description box, include attachments (if applicable)
  • Submit the request
