Request the recording and publication of the transfer of ownership for a trademark

The new trademark owner (a citizen or resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain) or the legal representative appointed by the new trademark owner and registered in the Trademark Registry shall request the notification of the transfer of ownership of a trademark and the publication of the transfer of ownership.

Service Conditions

Who has the right to apply for the transfer of ownership of a registered mark:

The person to whom the trademark was transferred (the new trademark owner).
The legal agent designated by the new trademark owner and registered in the trademark registry.
