Request to change representative name and address of a mark & publishing the changes
The new trademark owner (a citizen or resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain) or the legal agent appointed by the new trademark owner and registered in the Trademark Registry shall request a change in the name and address of the agent (change of agency) for the trademark and publish the change.
Service Conditions
Who has the right to apply:
- The new trademark owner (a citizen or resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain).
- The legal agent designated by the new trademark owner and registered in the trademark registry

- Completed form for the required change

- Law No. (6) of 2014 approving the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC
- Ministerial Resolution No. (80) of 2019 cancelling fees charged for certain services contained in executive regulations of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (65) of 2016 under Law No. (6) of 2014
- Law No. (3) of 2021 approving the amendment of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC
- Ministerial Resolution No. (13) of 2020 cancelling the fees imposed on certain services contained in the executive regulations of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC promulgated by Law No. (6) of 2014 issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (65) of 2016
- Ministerial Resolution No. (58) of 2018 regulating the registration of industrial property registration agents
