Who has the right to apply:

• The legal agent designated by the trademark owner and registered in the trademark registry.

Required Attachments

• Completed form for the required change
• Original power of attorney, notarized and duly certified (translated into Arabic)

• Law No. (6) of 2014 approving the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC
• Law No. (3) of 2021 approving the amendment of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC
• Ministerial Resolution No. (13) of 2020 cancelling the fees imposed on certain services contained in the executive regulations of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC promulgated by Law No. (6) of 2014 issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (65) of 2016
• Ministerial Resolution No. (58) of 2018 regulating the registration of industrial property registration agents
• Ministerial Resolution No. (80) of 2019 cancelling fees charged for certain services contained in executive regulations of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (65) of 2016 under Law No. (6) of 2014
