Application to remove a violation
The Inspection Directorate provides an online application service for the removal of violations through the SIJILAT system. This facilitates the removal of violations, reducing the time required for the applicant and increasing the speed of the transaction process. This eliminates the need for the applicant to visit the ministry, relying instead on the submission of the required documents and proof that the violation has been rectified.
Service Conditions
- The applicant must be the holder of the record or a person with authority to know in the record or a person authorized by the record holder or a professional office
Required Attachments
- Depending on the type of violation, proof that it has been resolved is required, such as:
- Photos of the front side of the store
- Photos from inside the store
- A photo proving the clear display of prices on the products
- A copy of store balances
- Certified pledge approved by the Consumer Protection Directorate
- A photo of a valid verification sticker for measurement devices
- Commercial Registration certificate displayed inside the store

- Main Page / E-Services /Violations Services
- Select "Launch Service (you will be prompted to login with an advanced e-Key).
- Type the commercial registration number without the branch number and click on "search".
- Select the branch, then select the violation to be removed, then add the remark and click on “save and Continue”.
- Upload any required documents, then click on “Submit”.
