Print an extract of data from the Commercial Registration

Print an original copy of the Commercial Registration or an extract of Commercial Registration data is an official service provided by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to enable business owners or interested persons to obtain a certified copy of the business's commercial register, containing the official data recorded about the business.

Required Attachments

  • An official power of attorney in the event of an unrelated person requesting the Commercial Registration Certificate

  • Ministerial Resolution No. (126) of 2016 issuing the executive regulations of Decree-Law No. (27) of 2015 with respect to the Commercial Registration

  • 20 BD : Printing the Commercial Registration Certificate or extracting data from Commercial Registration
