Reconciliation request service

The Inspection Directorate offers a reconciliation service for violations related to the Commercial Registration Law. The violator pays the reconciliation fee instead of being referred to the public prosecution.

Service Conditions

  • The applicant must be the holder of the record or a person with authority to know in the record or a person authorized by the record holder or a professional office

Required Attachments

  • Reconciliation agreement, The agreement is signed after the investigation is conducted with the violator.

Legal Regulations

  • Decree-Law No. (27) of 2015 on Commercial Registration, and in particular Article (26)

Fees

  • 1000 BD : Fees are paid once during a month of signing Reconciliation agreement
