Industrial Registration
This service involves the issuance or renewal of an Industrial Registration Certificate for factories with an industrial license that have entered the stage of implementation and actual production
Service Conditions
- That the industrial facility has an Industrial License and a Commercial Register and has entered the stage of implementation and actual production, with the need to complete filling in the industrial data for the past year, which includes the actual production quantity and sales for each product, total investment and others
Required Attachments
- If the applicant is not a CR owner, CR Representative, Shareholder, Partner, Member of the Board of Directors, Authorized Signatory registered in Sijilat system, then an Authorization Letter signed by one of the mentions persons should be attached under “other documents” section with a copy of ID card (both sides)

Service Processes
- Enter the Industrial Services System website
- Log in using eKey
- Select “Industrial Registration”
- Select to issue a new Industrial Registration (to obtain an Industrial Registration for the first time) or renew an existing Industrial Registration (to renew a previous Industrial Registration)
- Enter the contact details of the applicant
- Search for the required branch via entering the Commercial Registration number (without the branch number)
- Select the desired branch
- Fill out with required information
- Attach the required files in PDF or Word format
