Remove an activity (commercial company)

Submit a request to remove a business activity recorded on the Commercial Registration.

Required Attachments

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same record
  • Decision from the director or board of directors

  • Commercial Register Law with the executive regulations
  • Commercial Companies Law issued by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
