Remove a branch (commercial company)

This service aims to enable the owner of a commercial register, whether a sole proprietorship or a commercial company, to remove one of the branches officially registered in the commercial register, when the branch ceases its activity or a decision is made to close it.

Required Attachments

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same record
  • Decision from the director or board of directors

  • The Commercial Register Law and the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
