Forwarding a request related to natural gas
Through this service, requests for natural gas are passed on to the Ministry of Oil and Environment. The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism’s Industrial Development Directorate receives natural gas requests from industrial investors who have obtained a preliminary approval for the industrial project or who have obtained an industrial license. The Ministry of Oil and Environment requires them to obtain an NOC from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce before considering their applications.

- Ministerial Resolution No. (6) of 2010 regarding the restructuring and organization of the work of the Natural Gas Requests Committee issued by the Minister of Oil and Gas Affairs and the Chairman of the National Oil and Gas Authority

Service Processes
- Log in to the Industrial Services System website ( https://www.industry.bh/ )
- Select Industrial License List
- Select Natural Gas Order/New Order
- Enter the required information, then click Save and Continue
- Attach the required files (the “Ministry of Oil and Environmentl” gas request form), then click “Save and Continue”, then click Set
- The Industrial Development Department reviews the application and agrees to pass the application to the National Oil and Gas Authority for approval
