Change to the financial year end (commercial company)

Submit a request to change the financial year end of a company. This service enables business owners to change the specified financial year end date listed in the articles of association, to suit the company's operational or accounting needs.

Required Attachments

  • A decision from the company owner / meeting minutes of partners / a decision from shareholders
  • Draft of an amendment to the memorandum of association/articles of association/ declaration of incorporation related to the article to be amended regarding the company financial year end
  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same registration

  • The Commercial Register Law and the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
