Change of the company contract (commercial company)

Submitting a request to change the company contract or one of the articles of the company contract, according to the law. The shareholding company (public and closed) and the limited partnership have an incorporation contract and articles of association, the limited liability company has an incorporation document, and the general partnership and limited partnership have an incorporation contract.

Required Attachments

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same registration
  • A decision from the company owner / meeting minutes of partners / a decision from shareholders
  • Draft amendment to the memorandum of association/articles of association / declaration of incorporation related to the article/articles to be amended in the attached resolution or minutes of meeting

  • The Commercial Register Law and the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations

Service Processes

  • Investor submits an application through the SIJILAT system
  • After completing the evaluation of the draft memorandum of association, which is reviewed by the relevant employees, it is sent to the notary to authenticate the memorandum of association
  • Amendment process is completed
