Change the number of directors (commercial company)
Submit a request to change, appoint, or remove the company’s directors or members of the board of directors (as the case may be).
Required Attachments
- A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same registration
- A decision from the company owner / meeting minutes of partners / a decision from shareholders according to the type of company
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) for new company directors or members of the board of directors

- The Commercial Register Law and the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
