Transfer the Commercial Registration status from "Deactivated for not renewing the CR" to "Deleted with Payment" (sole proprietorship)

This service allows converting a commercial registration from suspended due to non-renewal to cancelled, provided that the cancellation conditions are met. This is an electronic service provided by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce via the (Sijilat) system. The service aims to end the status of a commercial registration suspended due to non-renewal, and convert it to a “cancelled” status in a regular manner after the required conditions are met.

Required Attachments

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same record
