Change authorized signatory (commercial company)

Submit a request to remove and add an authorized signatory in the Commercial Registration.

Required Attachments

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same record
  • A decision from the director or board of directors
  • No objection letter for the new authorized signatories in the company

  • The Commercial Register Law and the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
