Change of business address (commercial company)

This service enables business owners to modify the business address registered in the official commercial register, whether due to a relocation, reorganization of company branches, or updating business information to reflect the actual business location.

Required Attachments

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same registration
  • Administrative Resolution, Board of Directors Resolution, or Board Resolution

Legal Regulations

  • The Commercial Register Law and the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
