- A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same registration

- Log in to the SIJILAT system and select the transaction: Investor submits an application through the SIJILAT system
- A decision on the request is made by The Registration Department of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism
- An announcement of the trade name change is submitted, and the application is approved upon completion of the publication period
- Transaction fees are paid
- The amendment process is completed
