Register a mark (Made in Bahrain)

A unified national mark that bears the Bahraini flag and is granted to licensed and registered national industrial establishments with a local content rate of 35% or more. The aim is to stimulate industry in Bahrain by highlighting and distinguishing national products and goods and enhancing consumer confidence in them. The aim is also to avoid the misuse of Bahraini flag products and to limit its random placement for any commercial or promotional purpose, as it is against the law.

Service Conditions

  • This service is only available for industrial facilities that have an industrial license and are registered in the industrial registry.
  • The condition for obtaining the mark is to achieve 35% or more of the local content of the registered products.

Legal Regulations

  • Article No. (8) of Decree-Law No. (4) of 2002 regarding the flag of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
