Liquidation registration (commercial company)

This service aims to enable business partners in a commercial company or their authorized representatives to obtain an official license to register the legal liquidation process of the company, as a prelude to ending its activity and closing it in an orderly manner in accordance with applicable regulations.

Required Attachments

  • Certified power of attorney if the applicant is irrelevant, or non- documented power of attorney for any professional office or a registered employee on the same record
  • Optional liquidation: Company owner decision/partners meeting minutes / shareholders decision of the company liquidation and appoint a liquidator.
  • Obligatory liquidation: Court’s decision to liquidate the company / a letter from the court to appoint a liquidator

  • The Commercial Register Law and the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
