Commercial agency renewal
Renewal of the registered commercial agency.
Required Attachments
- The person concerned must provide evidence of the continued existence of the agency. In agencies with a fixed term, the agent must attach a certificate from the principal stating their approval to renew the agency to the renewal request.

Service Processes
- Select “Agency Registration” from the list
- Click on “Renewal”
- Insert agency number or the registration number and then click “search”
- In case you entered the registration number, select the agency to be renewed and then click “save and continue”
- Click on “payment“
- After the renewal process is completed, the system will send an electronic copy of the renewed agency certificate to the registered email of the commercial agency owner.
- application to renew the registration of the commercial agency shall be submitted within two months after the lapse of two years from the initial registration of the agency or within two months after the lapse of two years since the last renewal of the agency (the agency term is of unlimited duration)
- If the agency is for a fixed term and its term is less than two years, an application for its renewal must be submitted within two months from the end of the term stipulated in the agency contract or its last renewal.
