Substantive examination is conducted by the National Patent Office, during which a detailed and comprehensive technical report related to the scientific field of the invention is issued. This report indicates whether the patent application has passed or not, along with related comments.

- The specification and final claims in both Arabic and English
- Previous research and technical examination reports for the same request and documents responding to the examination report.
