Annual fees for patents and utility models
Payment of the annual fees for the patent application is required during the protection period, which extends to 20 years from the date of filing. An entry is made in the patent registry upon payment of the annual fees to ensure continued protection.

- Individual fee : 6630 BD, Fees are collected annually following the 2nd year of grant, increasing gradually up to the 20th year
