Legal Regulations

  • Commercial Register Law with the executive regulations
  • Ministerial Resolution No. (126) of 2016 issuing the executive regulations of Decree-Law No. (27) of 2015 with respect to the Commercial Registration

Fees

  • 50 BD : Renewal
  • 50 BD : Revival of the CR
  • 10 BD for every month in the first year, BD 20 for every month in the second year, BD 30 for every in the third year : Fine fees
