Register and address consumer complaints

A platform for registering consumer complaints through various communication channels and finding amicable solutions for both parties to the complaint whenever possible, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and its executive regulations.

Required Attachments

  • Purchase invoice, Contract, Guarantee, and Proof of payment of the value of the commodity or service to the supplier (the party against which the complaint is made)
  • Any document that proves there was a deal between the consumer and the other party, such as emails, text messages, benefit pay transactions etc.

  • Law No. (35) of 2012 regarding consumer protection
  • Ministerial Resolution No. (66) for 2014 regarding the issuance of the executive regulations regarding the Consumer Protection Law
