Receiving and processing government-subsidized flour supply transactions for automatic and traditional bakeries

Applications from bakeries are received via the subsidized flour system, with the required documents attached. The supply is given to the bakery in accordance with the established criteria.

Required Attachments

Automatic bakery

  • The application must be submitted electronically, along with an official letter indicating the bakery’s production quantities of government-subsidized types of bread, as specified by the relevant ministerial orders. A recent electricity bill for the bakery must also be attached.

Traditional bakery

  • The application must be submitted electronically, along with a recent copy of the list of workers registered under the commercial registration with the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), showing the names and job titles of the employees. If there are any Bahraini employees registered under the commercial registration, a copy of their medical report must also be attached, in addition to a recent electricity bill.
