Required Attachments
Submit a letter in Arabic to the Trademark Office. The letter must include the following information:
- The type and date of the procedure to be modified
- Trademark number and class
- Current owner information in both Arabic and English
- Name and signature of the applicant

- Law No. (6) of 2014 approving the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC
- Ministerial Resolution No. (58) of 2018 regulating the registration of industrial property registration agents
- Ministerial Resolution No. (65) of 2016 issuing the executive regulations of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC
- Ministerial Resolution No. (13) of 2020 cancelling the fees imposed on certain services contained in the executive regulations of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC promulgated by Law No. (6) of 2014 issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (65) of 2016
- Ministerial Resolution No. (80) of 2019 cancelling fees charged for certain services contained in executive regulations of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (65) of 2016 under Law No. (6) of 2014
