Cancellation of liquidation (commercial company)
An application to cancel the liquidation of a company’s registration.
Required Attachments
- A court decision is required in the case of a compulsory liquidation.
- A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same registration
- If the liquidation is optional, a decision from the company owner / meeting minutes of partners / a decision from shareholders is required depending on the company type

- Commercial Register Law with the executive regulations
- Commercial Companies Law issued by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
