Issuance of a certificate of fulfilling the requirements of fire prevention and protection for large commercial establishments classified in the administration and that require the approval of the Civil Defense.

  • Schematic diagram of the shop
  • Commercial address (a copy of the lease contract)
  • A copy of the owner’s ID card
