Service Processes
- Verify that the conditions are met, then proceed with payment to renew the learner’s license.
- Enter the personal number, ID expiry date, and block number.
- Select the license type (Learner’s Driving License).
- Choose the required license category.
- Click Continue.
- Select “General Directorate of Traffic Services.”
- Choose “Renew Learner’s License.”
- Book an appointment via the Appointment System app (Mawaeid).
- Visit the General Directorate of Traffic – Driver Licensing Division or one of the external service centres, ensuring that the required documents are available.
- Verify that all required documents and conditions are met.
- Pay the applicable fees.
