Service Processes
- Book an appointment through the Skiplino app for one of the Traffic Services branches (Driver Licenses Division at the Driving School branch, Vehicle Licensing Division at the General Directorate of Traffic building, or the Security Complex in Muharraq governate) and attend in person as scheduled (wait in the designated hall)
