Car fire reports
Issuing reports of fires of cars and private and public vehicles of all kinds. This service also includes damage to cars from natural and catastrophic accidents.
Required Attachments
- Fill out the accident report request form
- ID card of the applicant
- A copy of the car or vehicle ownership card
- Authorization letter from the owner of the vehicle (person/company) to the applicant in case he does not appear in person to receive the report
- A copy of the commercial register in the event that the ownership of the car or vehicle is in the name of a company or commercial establishment

Service Processes
- Refer to the security police station responsible for the area in which the fire or accident occurred to make a report regarding the accident to obtain despite the report
- Review the General Directorate of Civil Defense and apply for a fire report
- Fill out the form for requesting a civil defense report on the accident/fire
- Show the ID card (valid) and the ownership of the car or vehicle
- In the event that the applicant is not (the owner), he must bring a text authorization letter signed by the owner or an official letter from the owner
