Service Processes
- Receiving an electronic licensing application number from the comprehensive municipal center or from one of the municipalities outside the center by e-mail.
- The employee enters the application number in the comprehensive licensing system to view the documents to identify the project and basic data.
- The submitted engineering drawings are reviewed according to the building classification to compare them with the book of requirements for fire prevention and protection in the facilities.
- The modifications to the drawings are clarified and sent to the engineering office through the system or a request for the engineer to attend to explain and discuss the required modification.
- After returning the request, the employee re-checks and ensures that the civil defense requirements are met on the architectural drawings
- He sets the protection and safety requirements and service fees in the licensing system to authenticate the application.
