Approval license for vehicles transporting chemicals and hazardous materials, including license renewal for storage tanks to transport chemical and hazardous materials

This service involves the licensing of heavy vehicles that transport hazardous materials such as tankers, in addition to licensing mobile food trucks that contain gas cylinders.

Required Attachments

  • A technical certificate proving the validity of the tanks approved by the manufacturer or the local agent
  • Material import permit
  • A copy of the valid vehicle ownership
  • A copy of the instructions to be followed in emergency cases for the driver of the vehicle
  • Attach a certificate from the civil defense indicating that the driver has completed a firefighting course
  • Names of the officials from the company and those concerned with dealing with emergency cases besides the civil defense
  • A written undertaking from the company to remove all consequences of transporting hazardous materials in case of accidents
  • Technical specifications of the vehicle (tank) by the manufacturer
  • When submitting the application as an official letter, the following should be mentioned along with the required documents
  • Name of the transferred substance
  • Details of the storage tank, such as the vehicle and chassis number
  • Pledge and names of officials
  • Contact numbers
