Final approval license for the installation of diesel and gas tanks (including renewal)

This service involves the issuance of a license to install gas cylinders and tank extensions in buildings and facilities

Required Attachments

  • Copy of the Commercial Registration
  • Alarm and fire suppression system maintenance certificate from a certified safety company
  • Copy of an alarm and fire suppression system inspection report from a company licensed by the General Directorate of Civil Defense
  • Technical specifications
  • Certificate demonstrating the tank’s capacity to store the material from the manufacturer
  • Copy of the safety information of the materials
  • Attach maps of the location of the tank and the facility

Legal Regulations

  • Ministerial No. (100) of 2016 determining the categories of fees payable for certificates, reports and licenses issued by the General Administration of Civil Defense
  • Ministerial Edict No. (27) of 2020 canceling the fees imposed on some services mentioned in Edict No. (100)
