Event arrangement
The event arrangement service is offered to the organizers of an event after submission of a request to the Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training Affairs
Required Attachments
- A letter from the event organizer/ personal identification of the person responsible for the event
Legal Regulations
- Decree-Law No. (3) of 1982 regarding the public security forces system and its amendments
Fees
- 17 BD : per day for each public security guard at a rate of 30 days
- 2 BD : per hour for each public security guard at a rate of 8 hours per shift
- 500 BD : per month for each public security guard

Service Processes
- The relevant authority (the Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training Affairs) submits a request to organize an event
- To hold an event (e.g., Jewelry Arabia exhibition), coordination with the relevant authorities is facilitated by to convening the Assistant Head of Public Security
- Directives are implemented for coordination
- The commanding officer gives the required instructions to the public security guards
- Coordination with the event organizers
- Organization of safe entrance and exit ways
- Monitoring of the event site and searches of the site parking lots
- Activating community partnerships with site visitors and employees responsible for the event
- Event organisers participate and assist in organising the event
- Prevent any spread of chaos at the event, provide security inside the event, and develop a plan for the event’s success in partnership with the organisers
