Reporting Settled Traffic Accidents (Damage Only)
Report traffic accidents involving vehicle damage only, with no injuries
Service Conditions
- Valid civil liability insurance covering the registration certificate period.
Required Attachments
- Attach photos of the vehicles involved in the accident.

Service Processes
- Through the Traffic App
- Select Traffic Accident Services
- Access the Traffic Accident Reporting Service
- Answer the question: Are there any injuries from the traffic accident? • If 'Yes' is selected, a screen will appear to call the Traffic Inquiry Center (199), and the reporting service will be terminated. • If 'No' is selected, you can proceed with the reporting service.
- Specify the driver who will report the traffic accident: • Affected driver (the at-fault driver must access the Acknowledgement Service to complete the report). • At-fault driver (acknowledgement will be completed at the end of the reporting service).
- Enter the required data and attach accident photos. (Ensure the plate classification and number are correct, and that vehicle photos clearly show the license plates.)
- Submit the data; the report will be registered and the report number will be sent to all involved parties.

- Access the Report Inquiry Service and enter the required data to view report details

- Select Insurance Company Locations
- All insurance companies will be displayed
- Select the required insurance company to view all details
- Log in using eKey or authentication factors
- Access the Acknowledgement of Causing Traffic Accidents Service, select the appropriate report.
- Follow up with the concerned insurance companies to finalize the accident.
