Objection to violations

Failure to accept the violation by the violator and transfer it to the Public Prosecution

Service Conditions

  • The objecting person must be the violator, whether the driver or the owner of the vehicle, and attend the Traffic Violations Division to make the objection

Required Attachments

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Vehicle Ownership Certificate

  • Law No. (23) of 2014 issuing the Traffic Law
  • Minister of Interior Decision No. (154) of 2015 issuing the executive regulations for the Traffic Law promulgated by Law No. (23) 2014, and its amendments.
