- For record holders only book an appointment through the application SKIPLINO And come to the General Traffic Department building, Building No. 4 - Traffic Violations Division, Counter 17 and 18 or one of the foreign branches
- Through the e-government website or the traffic application
- Choosing the services of the General Directorate of Traffic
- Choosing to pay traffic fines
- Choose the type of ID and enter the ID number
- Enter the vehicle number and choose the type of registration
- Press continue
