Fees
- 5 BD : Issuance of a temporary driving license to learn to drive
- 5 BD : Eye examination - for each time
- 12 BD : Using the center
- 2 BD : The lecture per hour
- 1 BD : Driving instruction book
- 2 BD : The prescribed fee for a motorcycle driving course - for every one hour

- Choosing the services of a driving training school
- Sign in with the electronic key
- Choosing a Learning License Issuance Application
- Learning License Issuance
- Book an appointment via the app SKIPLINO to one of the traffic services branches (Driver’s License Division at the Driving School, Vehicle Licensing Division at the General Traffic Administration building, the Security Complex in Muharraq Governorate) and attend in person and wait in the hall as per the appointment
- Verify that conditions are met
- Pass an eye exam
- Payment of fees
- Choosing the type of license required, verifying that the conditions are met, and then paying the eye examination fees, then going to the General Directorate of Traffic to complete the procedures for issuing a learning license
