Issuing permits to move vehicles, trucks and unusual loads, accompanied by a traffic patrol
Issuing permits to move unusual machines, trucks and loads whose measurements exceed the maximum length, width, height and weight, accompanying patrols are assigned to it, and its route is determined
Required Attachments
- A letter from the company or institution stating the type of cargo and the truck or machinery measurements with the load and its weight (measurements: length, width, height in meters, and weight in tons with the truck) and the plate number of the truck that will be transported and to which area it is moving
- The approval of the Ministry of Works and determining the route of the truck

- Minister of Interior Decision No. (154) of 2015 issuing the executive regulations for the Traffic Law promulgated by Law No. (23) 2014, and its amendments.
Fees
- BD6 : The prescribed fee for issuing certificates of all kinds is 6 dinars (permit to move trucks) The prescribed fee for escorting trucks for each hour or part of the hour is 5 dinars if necessary.

Service Processes
- Personal attendance at the Traffic Engineering Branch office in Building No. 2, ground floor, to submit a request for the movement of heavy load machinery and trucks
- The type and measurements of the cargo and its route from and to the site to which the cargo is to be transported shall be ascertained
- Ensure that the applicant’s traffic violations are completed
- Payment of license fees move mechanisms for the number of each truck
- Pay the escort fees for the number of required periodicals, if necessary
- Entering data into the computer
- Issuance of truck driving license
