A permit from the Ministry of Works, maps of closure and traffic diversion. A permit from the municipality for construction and demolition, a letter from the owner or the applicant, or an official letter from the institution or company based on the building
Required Attachments
- A letter from the applicant, whether a company, institution or person.
- A copy of the building permit.
- A license from the Roads Department if the building is on a public street and not on a secondary road

- Law No. (23) of 2014 issuing the Traffic Law
- Minister of Interior Decision No. (154) of 2015 issuing the executive regulations for the Traffic Law promulgated by Law No. (23) 2014, and its amendments.
Fees
- 3 BD : The fee prescribed for the fees of the traffic officer in the traffic arrangements for each person per hour from the hour 3 dinars if necessary
- 6 BD : The fee for issuing certificates of all kinds is 6 dinars (permit for demolition, building and pouring concrete)

Service Processes
- Personal attendance at the Traffic Engineering Branch office in Building No. 2, ground floor, to submit a request for construction, demolition, repair and building maintenance
- Verify the required documents such as the letter - a copy of the building permit and the road management license if the building is on a public street and not a secondary road
- Verify the procedures for ending traffic violations, if any, on the applicant with a personal number or commercial register
- Entering data into the computer
- Pay the permit fee
- Issuance of permit
