- Book an appointment via the app SKIPLINO For one of the traffic services branches (Driver’s License Division at the Driving School, Vehicle Licensing Division at the General Traffic Administration building, the Security Complex in Muharraq Governorate) + and to attend in person and wait in the hall as per the appointment.
