- Ministerial Resolution No. (309) of 1998 regarding the replacement of fees for the services of the General Directorate of Traffic

Fee Details:
- 20 : Replacement for lost or damaged driving licenses valid for 5 years (Electronic service)
- 20 : Replacement for lost or lost or damaged trial driving license valid for 5 years (In-person)
- 10 : Replacement for lost or damaged temporary learner's license valid for 1 year (In-person).
- 15 : Replacement for lost or damaged instructor's learner license valid for 1 yea (In-person).

Service Processes
- Book an appointment via the Appointment System app (Mawaeid).
- Go to the General Directorate of Traffic – Driver’s License Division or one of the external service centers, ensuring the required documents are provided.
- Verify that all required documents and conditions are met.
- Pay the prescribed fees.
- 1. Select “General Directorate of Traffic services”.
- Select “General Directorate of Traffic services”.
- Select ”issuing a replacement for a lost or damaged driving license”.
- Enter the personal number, ID card expiry date, and building number.
- Choose the required license category.
- Choose the type of service.
- Click Continue.
- Conditions will be verified.
- Pay the applicable fees.
