Issuance of various traffic certificates
Issuance of various traffic certificates: Certificate of Proof of License, Clearance Certificate, Final export certificate for the vehicle, Vehicle temporary export certificate, Vehicle Ownership Certificate, Vehicle cancellation certificate, A certificate stating that fines for traffic violations have been paid on the vehicle, driver, or commercial register.
Service Conditions
For vehicle registration certificates:
- Fill out the vehicle registration form and it is signed by the vehicle owner (companies or institutions, the form is stamped and a letter from the company is attached)
- Termination of all violations and accidents on the vehicle
To issue various other certificates:
- Pay all fines as a result of violating the provisions of the Traffic Law or the Executive Regulations
- Payment of the prescribed fees
