This service involves the issuance of a replacement copy of the original certificate issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defence, submitted by the owner of the establishment

Service Processes

  • Owner of the establishment submits a letter requesting the issuance of a replacement copy of the original certificate issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defence. The letter must state the address of the establishment, the date of issue of the previous certificate, and receipt (if any). The letter can be submitted in person or emailed to the Department of Protection and Safety: gdcdpsd@interior.gov.bh
