Service Processes
- Book an appointment through the SKIPLINO application for one of the traffic services branches (Driver’s License Division at the Driving School, Vehicle Licensing Division at the General Traffic Administration Building, Security Complex in Muharraq Governorate) + and attend in person and wait in the hall according to the appointment
- The conditions are checked
- Pay the fees and issue the international license
- Through the e-government website
- Choosing the services of the General Traffic Department
- Sign in with the electronic key
- Choosing to issue an international driving license
- The details of the driving licenses will be displayed
- The delivery address and contact data are entered
- The fulfillment of the conditions is verified, then the fees are paid, and the international license is issued in presence
