Implementation of judicial decisions regarding the amendment of passport information
This service enables the implementation of judicial decisions concerning the amendment of names, surname, and birth date.
Service Conditions
- The father (or a statutory representative) must be present when receiving a passport for new-born or incompetent persons at the Isa Town branch
- Passport holder’s signature is required from the age of 16 and above
Required Attachments
- Application form
- Execution letter issued by the execution court
- Judicial ruling
- Certificate proving that no appeal or discrimination occurred against the judicial ruling (issued by the Courts Department)
- Original passport
- Birth certificate after amendment
- A recent and clear 4×6 coloured personal photo with a white background. The photo must be attached separately in JPEG format. Its size should not exceed 1MB

Service Processes
- Submit application after 45 days from the date of the judicial ruling
- Fill out and sign the application form, signing the acknowledgement by hand
- Access the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs website (Tawasul)
- Select the department, followed by the type of service, and fill out the required fields
- Attach the required documents, including the service declaration form
- If the request is accepted, a text message and an email will be sent containing a payment link
- After payment is received, a text message will be sent containing the payment receipt
- When the passport is ready for collection, a text message requesting the applicant to attend the Isa Town branch will be sent. The applicant must present the original documents that were attached upon submission of the application
