Issuance of Passport (ordinary).
The service of issuing the ordinary passport is for the children of the Bahraini father only.
Service Conditions
Personal Attendance
- Application must be submitted by the father or an authorized person at any of the service centers, for newborns and individuals with limited capacity
- Submit all relevant documents, including originals and copies
- The father's presence is required for passport collection

- Passport photo with a white background (size 6x4 cm)
- Original and copy of the birth certificate
- Original and copy of the father's and mother's passports
- Original and copy of the marriage certificate
- Father's or mother's death certificate (if applicable)

Legal Regulations
- Ministerial Resolution No. (15) of 1976 regarding the executive regulations regarding the passports and its amendments
- Law No. (11) of 1975 regarding passports, and its amendments.
Fees
- 12 BD (for adults above 60 years 6BD) : irst issuance of a regular electronic passport
- Delivery within 1 day after payment: 3.950 BHD : delivery service within Bahrain

Service Processes
- Apply using the father's Ekey
- Attach all required documents and select the delivery method
- You will receive your receipt number via SMS
- Pay the application fee(s) after the administrative audit is complete
- Once payment is complete, you will receive your receipt via SMS
- When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the selected service center. The father's presence is required for collection
- Book an appointment through the Mwaeid application
- Visit the NPRA service centers in person
- Fill out the application form
- Submit all required documents, including the application form
- Pay the application fee(s)
- Receive your printed receipt and receipt number via SMS for confirmation
