Service Conditions
- Architectural drawings for all floors, in addition to the general site map, showing the measurements in metres
Required Attachments
- Official letter from the applicant
- Copy of the title deed and the property maps
- Engineering drawings showing the usage plan and measurements in meters
- Copy of the property’s address card or recent electricity bill displaying the address

Service Processes
- Study the application and ensure that all required drawings and documents are completed
- Set an appointment to visit the property in coordination with the applicant
- Evaluate the property and ensure its suitability, and then prepare a report that includes technical notes, initial capacity and requirements that must be adhered to.
- After completing the provision of approvals and implementation of the notes, the applicant must upload a letter stating the completion of the implementation of all the notes and the final engineering drawings, in addition to the approval of the relevant authorities
- Set a date to visit the property to ensure that all observations are implemented and prepare the final technical report
